Exclusive Transformational CEO Program




We live in unprecedented times, with global economy at standstill and the new ways of living and working emerging. With estimated global GDP loss due to COVID-19 pandemic between 76 and 346 billion USD, many leaders are looking for guidance on how to navigate through the recovery process and ensure their organisations not only survive, but also thrive in the post-pandemic world.

This 6-month long CEO Development Programme is an exclusive online transformational programme for senior leaders. The Programme will help leaders to go through their own individual transformation (‘the Big Shift’) and facilitate purposeful transformation of organisations they lead. This will be a life changing experience for attendees, who will with a new mindset and profound knowledge attained on the Programme spread the ripples of change to their teams, organisation, and a wider society. The content of this Programme is based on Vlatka’s award winning research featured in "The Management Shift" and “Humane Capital” books as well as her latest research conducted recently in order to help leaders navigate through these extraordinary times. This new research has resulted in a new leadership model “8Cs for Humane Leadership” and a new “8 SIT Model” (8 Steps for Individual Transformation) that will also be presented and applied in practice in this Programme.

The programme includes individual and organisational online assessments, four training modules, reading and training material as well as a setup for peer coaching process.
