Now we are looking for a driven Regional Manager in Stockholm who is expected to grow the Stockholm market at existing clients but also pioneering at new ones in our continuing journey of profitable growth.

As a Regional Manager, you will represent our company and our values in both internal and client-facing interactions.

As Regional Manager, you will plan, execute and follow up on strategy and operations for our Stockholm business unit. This includes responsibilities such as:  

  • Business planning and implementation 

  • Operating revenues and cost for Stockholm office

  • Recruitment of consultants (incl. subcontractors) 

  • Resource allocation, and team/employee coaching 

  • Business development of existing and new clients 

  • Own market presence, and senior consulting assignments 

  • External stage presentations 

  • Collaboration with Microsoft, and other local partners 

  • Business unit ambassadorship  

You report directly to the CEO and are a part of the management team. You will be responsible for a team of 4-6 software developers and architects from start with the aim to be 20 in the end of 2021.

Given that the clients are located in Stockholm the position requires local travelling plus travels to the head office in Malmö 1 to 2 days per month.


As an entrepreneur you love challenges and you are willing to “go the extra mile".You have what it takes to lead a company in an establishment phase and the skills to scale up the business. A hands-on attitude and dedication are crucial personality traits.  

Goal orientation is part of your everyday business life, and you work on the basis that it is the result that matters. You have a client-oriented approach and a great sense of teamwork and people. Well organized, capable to follow up projects and deadlines, open minded, straight forward and good in presentation, are also some of your characteristics. 

You'll be given great influence over your work and you should be able to prioritise and structure your days based on what requires time and focus. We highly value your personal qualities. All with a big heart and sense of humor.


You have a university or equivalent degree and have been working at least 5 years in the IT consulting business, preferable at small to medium sized entrepreneurial companies.  

You have a multi-cultural experience, proven leadership skills (motivation and negotiation).

We would also like you to have a proven track record within:  

  • Strategic and operational management 

  • Marketing communication and sales 

  • Recruitment 

  • Digitalization 

  • Agile project management  

Experience from one, or more, of the following areas will make you even more qualified:  

  • Advanced Analytics and AI 

  • Microsoft Dynamics 

  • Custom software development  

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and in writing.
